STEP 1

Original Orders: LOCATE Your Gallery information

Your photographer or your team representative should have given you the gallery number and password on picture day or you may have received the information in an email. If you can’t locate your gallery, your league administration has a master list and can locate it for you. Every team will have an “A Gallery” for previews and a “B Gallery” where image downloads will be placed when ordered. Both the preview “A Gallery” and download “B Gallery” will have the same number after the letter and the same case-sensitive 5 digit password.

REORDERS: ALREADY HAVE A PRINT?

If you already have a print, the image number is printed on the back of the photo, you can SKIP Step 2 and go directly to Step 3.

STEP 2

Visit the proofing gallery to find your image number(s)

Visit Your "A" Preview Gallery to see your photos and find your image number(s). Your "B" download gallery is also located here and will have the same number and password. Image number displays below your photos. Write down the numbers for the images you want to order!

STEP 3

Use your image number(s) to order prints and products

You may use multiple image numbers to place multiple orders. For each print, package or product, enter the image number you want used for that item. Some items require both an individua photo and team photo image number.

Why we use Image Numbers instead of QR codes, direct email links, or facial recognition:

To ensure privacy, we never associate your child's personal information or your contact information directly with their images. You will never discover your child's image for sale on a publicly accessible website nor will we place children in to a facial recognition database. After your season, images will be stored offline. Your image number is printed on the back of any photo ordered.
